We offer 24 font choices for your pet's name, with all other information in easy to read, font 24. You can have your pets name with 2 additional lines on the front, and up to 4 lines on the back. This is more options than most other tag providers.
Honesty is the best policy. This is a silicone dog tag. It is not a metal dog tag. It will never be as strong as metal; it also won't be as loud as metal or have the engraving rub off as metal tags do. If your dog is a chewer and can reach the tag, it may get damaged/ruined. If your dog has doggie friends or siblings that are chewers and like to gnaw on tags/collars, the tag may be damaged/ruined. If your dog gets hung up on something and pulls hard, the tag may be damaged/ruined. This is true for every silicone dog tag on the market whether the sellers disclose this or not. We think our silicone dog tags are great but they may not be the right choice for every dog. Please weigh your options carefully, as we cannot be responsible for damages that occur to tags after they have been on your dog. That being said, if there's ever an issue, please, reach out!
Unfortunately, this is a very frustrating but somewhat common problem. Although the USPS has assured us that this shouldn't be happening, some postal employees scan an item as "Delivered" a day or two before they actually deliver the item. We suggest waiting 2 days to see if this is the case and then calling your local post office if it still hasn't arrived-have your tracking number on hand when calling. Checking with neighbors is also a good idea. If you've done both of these things and the tag hasn't been located, send us a message. Please remember, once your item has been shipped, we have no control over the shipping voyage. We are just as frustrated as you when this happens, as we often have to pay for the mistakes of the USPS.

Nope! We hate nickel and diming and don't expect our customers to like it either. Our dog tags are the same price no matter how many lines (up to 3 on the front and up to 4 on the back) you get engraved or whether you want your tag single or double sided.
I take great care in checking (and double checking) all information. If I made a mistake, you will absolutely get your tag remade and shipped at ZERO cost to you.
For the most part, tags are shipped out next day (with a few exceptions i.e. Sundays, federal holidays-basically post office stuff). Our standard shipping is USPS First Class mail but you can upgrade your shipping at checkout to USPS Priority Mail if you'd like.
